Mindful

To focus all of your attention on what it is going on right now, in this moment.


In movement class, we practice being mindful of our body, breathing, thoughts, and feelings by doing something called "meditating" where we sit quietly and focus.


*Can also mean to be aware of something. Jack is always mindful of the anthills when he chooses a spot to play in the grass.
